Job Title: Oracle EPM Functional Consultant
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 10-Month W2 Contract (Possible Extension)
Pay Rate: $90–$100/hour (based on experience)
About the Role:
Russell Tobin is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to support a large enterprise client. This role focuses on delivering functional expertise, production support, and continuous improvement for cloud-based enterprise performance management solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 application support for Oracle EPM cloud applications
- Perform day-to-day maintenance and support activities across enterprise applications
- Support business process design, implementation lifecycle activities, and project reviews
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
- Lead client-facing meetings, workshops, and solution presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (onshore and offshore) in Agile/Scrum environments
- Write epics and user stories to support development and implementation efforts
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in post-production support, managed services, or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong experience with Oracle EPM (Primary: FCCS/FLUX; Secondary: TRCS, EDMCS)
- Experience with upgrades, functional testing, and release management
- Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk operations
- Strong knowledge of cloud application processes and configurations
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to lead workshops and present technical solutions to business stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with distributed/global teams
