We are seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA transformation leader to drive enterprise training strategy, adoption governance, and business readiness for a global phased implementation. This is not a configuration or technical design role. This is an advisory leadership position focused on identifying enablement risks, challenging assumptions, and ensuring organizational readiness as the program moves into Integration and UAT phases. Key Responsibilities - Serve as “2-in-a-box” co-lead for training and enablement strategy on a large-scale SAP S/4 rollout
- Develop and oversee enterprise training governance framework across global workstreams
- Identify training and adoption risks early in the program lifecycle
- Establish readiness checkpoints aligned to Integration Testing and UAT
- Partner with Functional Leads, PMO, and Business Process Owners to align enablement with system design
- Challenge assumptions and proactively surface change saturation risks
- Define metrics and KPIs for training effectiveness and adoption readiness
- Provide executive-level reporting on enablement risk and mitigation strategies
- Ensure transition to steady-state operations post go-live
Required Experience - 15+ years in SAP transformation programs
- Deep experience in SAP S/4HANA global rollouts
- Proven leadership in business readiness, adoption strategy, or SAP training governance
- Experience operating in “2-in-a-box” enablement model
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting Integration, UAT, and phased deployments
- Ability to “see around corners” and proactively mitigate enablement risk
