  • Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to improve backlog health and delivery outcomes
  • Leverage Jira and Confluence to maintain accurate, transparent tracking of work, metrics, and team performance
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to monitor delivery trends and identify improvement opportunities
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through inspect-and-adapt cycles
  • Mentor team members and Product Owners on Agile best practices and process maturity
  • Drive accountability, ownership, and transparency across teams
  • Support the evolution of Agile practices across the broader organization

Required Experience

  • 5 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
  • Experience supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for workflow management, reporting, and metrics
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate delivery across complex environments
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries
  • Prior programming or technical background
  • Experience translating business requirements into structured technical requirements (BDD or similar)
  • Experience supporting large-scale Agile environments or release trains

Compensation & Benefits
