Sr. Product Owner

We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager who thrives at the intersection of business, technology, and execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex ideas into shipped, measurable digital experiences.

You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Business stakeholders to define product features, manage delivery, and optimize performance across web and mobile platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of digital product initiatives from concept to launch
• Define, prioritize, and refine product features based on user and business needs
• Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guide technical decision-making
• Engage stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate progress
• Track KPIs and analytics to evaluate product success and drive optimization
• Identify risks early and help teams navigate complexity

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in product management, technical project management, or software delivery
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working closely with engineering teams
• Proven success delivering web and/or mobile products with backend integrations
• Comfort using tools like Jira, CMS platforms, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in hospitality, eCommerce, travel, or event-based platforms is a plus

Nice to Have

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMP, or similar certification
• Experience with group travel, events, or transactional digital platforms
• Ability to periodically visit the office (optional)
