Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior SNOW BA

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst in large enterprise or fintech environments.
  • Deep working knowledge of multiple ServiceNow modules (IRM, GRC, CSM, HRSD, Catalog, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow administration, Service Portal, and REST integrations.
  • Proven experience working in Agile environments with JIRA for backlog and sprint management.
  • Ability to document detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Experience supporting solution builds leveraging programming/configuration best practices.
  • Ability to review and validate technical designs and implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, IRM/GRC, CSM, HRSD).
  • Exposure to fintech, banking, or regulated enterprise environments.
  • Experience supporting audit, risk, or compliance programs on ServiceNow.
