Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Financial Analyst to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Analyze treasury operations, cash management activities, banking transactions, and financial processes to identify business requirements, assess operational needs, and recommend improvements that support effective financial management.
Support treasury and in-house cash management activities, including bank account administration, cash positioning, treasury transactions, and banking operations. Collaborate with finance stakeholders to evaluate business processes and support financial system enhancements.
Review financial data, banking transactions, and treasury reports to identify discrepancies, investigate processing issues, and support reconciliation activities. Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve operational problems and maintain data accuracy.
Document financial processes, business requirements, system configurations, and operational procedures. Support implementation activities, testing, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvements while collaborating with finance, treasury, banking, and technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
6–9 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate treasury, cash management, financial operations, or related finance functions. Experience supporting SAP ECC Treasury implementations, in-house cash management, treasury and risk management processes, and banking operations is preferred.

Experience supporting corporate treasury functions, including cash management, liquidity monitoring, bank account administration, treasury transactions, and banking operations within complex enterprise environments.
Experience analyzing financial processes, treasury workflows, banking transactions, and cash management activities to improve operational efficiency, financial data accuracy, and process consistency.
Experience supporting enterprise treasury system implementations, enhancements, and ongoing operations involving in-house cash management, treasury and risk management, and banking-related processes.
Experience collaborating with finance teams, treasury stakeholders, banking partners, and technical teams to gather requirements, investigate financial discrepancies, document processes, and support reliable treasury operations.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting SAP ECC Treasury implementations, treasury operations, and enterprise financial system enhancements.
Strong working knowledge of SAP FI In-House Cash, SAP FI Treasury, treasury and risk management, cash management, and banking support processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to evaluate financial processes and support operational improvements.
