Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Financial Analyst to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Analyze treasury operations, cash management activities, financial transactions, and banking processes to identify business needs, evaluate operational performance, and recommend improvements.
Support treasury and cash management initiatives involving bank account administration, in-house cash management, treasury and risk management, and financial process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the impact of proposed financial system changes.
Assist with financial data analysis, cash management reporting, banking connectivity, and reconciliation activities. Validate financial information exchanged between enterprise systems and banking institutions and investigate discrepancies or processing issues.
Document financial processes, business requirements, and system changes. Support testing, implementation, issue resolution, and ongoing improvements while coordinating with finance teams, treasury stakeholders, banking partners, and technical teams.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate treasury, cash management, financial operations, or related finance functions. Experience supporting SAP-based treasury processes and financial system implementations is preferred.

Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting corporate finance and treasury functions, including cash positioning, liquidity management, bank account administration, financial transactions, and treasury reporting.
Experience analyzing treasury and cash management processes to identify operational gaps, improve financial workflows, support reconciliation, and strengthen financial data accuracy.
Experience supporting financial system implementations and enhancements involving treasury operations, banking integration, in-house cash management, and enterprise financial processes.
Experience collaborating with finance teams, treasury stakeholders, banking partners, and technical teams to document requirements, validate financial data, resolve operational issues, and improve treasury service delivery.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting corporate treasury, financial operations, cash management, or banking-related projects.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Treasury and Risk Management, SAP FI/FSCM, Bank Account Management, and bank connectivity processes, including SWIFT and host-to-host integration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support process improvements.
