The Global Delivery Lead is a strategic leadership position responsible for overseeing the delivery of a Concentrix lead program with a Technology client. we are looking for someone who has experience with complex global services, ensuring operational excellence, and maximizing client satisfaction. Must have knowledge with Microsoft technologies, products and Azure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Lead and inspire a global team of delivery managers and professionals, setting strategic goals to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive efficient and effective global delivery operations, ensuring alignment with business strategies and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary interface with key global stakeholders, fostering strong partnerships and transparent communication across regions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor global delivery performance through KPIs and regular reviews, implementing improvements to meet and exceed targets.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues and risks, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance global delivery capabilities and operational scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as HR, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integration of delivery processes and alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, IT, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years in global delivery management, with a proven track record in leading large, diverse teams and managing complex projects in an IT or service delivery environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills; excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a knack for managing client relationships at the executive level.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of technical delivery and ability to work with technical teams to align delivery with business operations. Candidate needs experience in Azure, Microsoft Technology Stack and Microsoft Products.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English mandatory- proficiency in multiple languages would be an advantage for global operations.

The base salary for this position is $122,001-$170,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays and paid learning days.
