Devops Architect

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience with Harness CI/CD (CI & CD pipelines).
• Extensive DevOps experience.
• Experience with cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of microservices architectures.
• Experience with on-prem and hybrid deployment environments.
• Windows and Linux system administration knowledge.
• Networking fundamentals (DNS, routing, firewalls).

• Designing and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Deployments to on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Artifact management and deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rollback).
• Working with delegates/runners for CI/CD.
• Cloud migration strategies including lift-and-shift and re-platforming.
• Kubernetes and container-based platforms.

• Design, build, and maintain Harness CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage deployments across on-prem and hybrid environments.
• Configure CI pipelines and integrate with source control systems.
• Manage delegates and runners for local and on-prem execution.
• Support cloud migration efforts and hybrid connectivity.
• Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams on microservices deployments.
• Implement deployment strategies such as blue/green and canary releases.
• Support observability, monitoring, and platform reliability.
• Ensure secure handling of secrets, certificates, and credentials.
• Assist with troubleshooting production and deployment issues.

• Experience with SAST and DAST tools.
• Database operations knowledge.
• Experience with Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with API gateways.
• Exposure to cloud cost optimization practices.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
