Our client is seeking a Software Developer in Boca Raton, FL
Role Description
The Software Developer works in developing and maintaining web applications using (but not limited to) Angular, .NET Core, and Prime NG. The role has a strong sense of awareness, ownership, and urgency of the Company's Products, ensuring product quality, up-time, and a seamless user experience.
Develop and maintain scalable web applications and contribute to the design of overall architecture
Design and implement fundamental and advanced Angular and .NET Core principles in applications utilizing various backend platforms (SQL Server, Cosmos DB)
Develop modern front-end interfaces consistent with existing guidelines using Angular and Prime NG, ensuring responsiveness and optimal performance
Implement back-end services and APIs using .NET Core, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards
Participate in daily scrums communicating updates to ensure project and status awareness
Provide technical guidance and support for requirement documentation, resolving technical challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Implement and maintain strong quality assurance processes working with business partners to assist in User Acceptance Testing to solidify product releases
Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment and communication throughout the SDLC process
Manage support tickets and the product backlog resolving impediments to ensure the team is accomplishing the Department's goals
Skills & Requirements
Must have the right tech stack alignment
.NET Core experience required
Angular (modern) is the top priority
They are seeing a lot of older/non-modern Angular backgrounds out there on their own search
They do not want React - okay to have but not needed for them
Strong C# experience needed
Experience with Azure DevOps and cloud services
Target experience level: 3-5 years
3-5 years of full stack software development experience
Must possess strong experience and proficiency with C# / .NET
Must possess strong experience and proficiency with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps
Must possess strong experience and proficiency with Angular
Must possess strong experience and proficiency with .Net Core
Must possess strong experience and proficiency with Angular framework, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Must possess exceptional attention to detail and organization skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field preferred
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
Experience with Azure cloud services, particularly Azure App Services or related services
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience with Angular framework
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software development lifecycle
Familiarity with .NET Core and C# programming language
Knowledge of Prime NG or similar UI component libraries
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn innovative technologies
Experience with Azure DevOps
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
