RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Adaptive Planning Specialist in Fremont, CA.
Summary:
The client is nearing completion of an Adaptive Planning implementation and requires an experienced Adaptive consultant to step in as their current resource rolls off. This role is critical to ensuring a successful go-live, stabilization, and transition to full operational use.
REQUIREMENTS:
Expertise:
* Strong experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, ideally during mid-implementation or go-live phases
Financial modeling across:
* Revenue
* OpEx
* COGS
* Headcount/personnel
* Fixed assets
* Balance sheet
* Integrations experience with Dynamics 365 and Workday HCM
* Reporting experience across HTML, OfficeConnect, and dashboards
* Proven ability to independently assess project status and drive to go-live
Training & Enablement:
* Ability to train and upskill finance teams for long-term ownership of Adaptive
* Experience working across global time zones; Flexibility is mandatory
* Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for finance end users
* Capable of building documentation, playbooks, and sustainable support processes
* Interest in continuous improvement and expanded scope over time
Required Strengths:
* Deep Adaptive Planning implementation experience
* Ideally 5+ implementations
Hands-on experience with:
* Testing and validation
* Partnering with implementation consultants
* Internal user training and enablement
* Comfortable operating independently
* Ability to transition from project-based work into ongoing support
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
