Role OverviewThis position supports the full purchase-to-pay workflow, including creating shopping carts, monitoring progress, reconciling invoices. The role works directly with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve questions or discrepancies related to purchase orders, shopping carts, and invoices. Work also includes managing shared mailboxes and responding to inquiries on order or invoice status
Primary Responsibilities- Create shopping cart requests in SAP and Ariba
- Track shopping cart progress and maintain updates in the request portal
- Update Excel-based budget trackers with cart/PO details
- Communicate with requestors and provide general support
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and related support teams
- Manage shared Outlook mailboxes and respond to inquiries
- Assist with purchase order, shopping cart, and internal process questions
- Match invoices to corresponding quotes and POs
- Work with suppliers to resolve discrepancies
- Confirm receipt of goods or services with internal stakeholders

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
