They will gather requirements, translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications, and communicate changes effectively to end users. The role also involves training and supporting users, collaborating with team members on system enhancements, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and system performance.
Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of SQL for Data validation, Reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with UKG-related tools and features, such as Geofencing configuration, UKG EZCall / Dell (scheduling tools), Boomi (or similar) integrations
  • Integration experience, including supporting or maintaining system interfaces
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in system configuration and data accuracy
  • Ability to support hardware components, including timeclocks
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
