Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Project Management:

  • Strategically prioritize, plan, and deliver software projects on time and within scope.
  • Track, document, and communicate project progress, including feature requests, bug reports, and release timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with global Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Technical Oversight & Innovation:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of algorithms, user interfaces, and communication schemas for international deployment.
  • Lead software and data science initiatives, providing strategic direction and fostering innovation.
  • Ensure rigorous benchmarking and regression testing across all software products to maintain quality standards.
  • Team Development & Performance Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, create personal development plans, and identify growth opportunities to build a competent, motivated workforce.
  • Implement initiatives promoting continuous learning and professional advancement.
  • Release & Process Management:

  • Coordinate global software release schedules, ensuring seamless deployment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate research and development efforts into market-ready products.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and upcoming deliverables to leadership and stakeholders regularly.
  • Financial & Operational Responsibilities:

  • Manage department budgets, control operational expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop accurate project estimates, improve scheduling processes, and manage project risks effectively.

Publishing Pay Rate: $150,000 - $178,000 Annually
