The ideal candidate will have strong program leadership, healthcare domain expertise, technical understanding, and experience managing enterprise client engagements and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end healthcare technology programs, ensuring quality, timelines, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Manage client relationships, executive stakeholders, governance, risks, and delivery communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, QA, BA, and product.
- Provide technical oversight for EHR/EMR, healthcare interoperability, APIs, Azure/AWS, cloud modernization, and DevOps initiatives.
- Support client consulting, discovery workshops, RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimation, and pre-sales.
- Drive GenAI, intelligent automation, AI-enabled development, testing, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Mentor project managers, technical leads, and delivery teams while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
Healthcare Domain Expertise
15+ years of experience in US Healthcare technology and/or healthcare delivery environments.
Strong understanding of:
• Healthcare provider workflows and delivery systems
• EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, or similar
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Claims and Prior Authorization
• PBM and payer/provider ecosystems
• HC Platforms - Trizetto/RCM/Payor/PBM/Prior Auth (272/276/EDI/835/837) or any other HC equivalent of Provider industry domains.
• HL7 standards (v2.x, CDA, FHIR) and healthcare interoperability.
• Practice Management and Patient Engagement
• Care Coordination and digital health solutions
• Healthcare interoperability standards including HL7, CDA, and FHIR
• US healthcare regulations including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS
• Healthcare data standards, clinical workflows, and medical terminology
Technical Background
- Strong software development and technology foundation with experience in Java, .NET, Python, or related technologies.
- Experience with enterprise applications, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of modern software development and architecture principles.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with software architects, engineers, data teams, and technical leads.
- Experience leading technology modernization and digital transformation programs.
AI & Automation Expertise
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in software development:
- GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Tabnine, or similar AI coding assistants.
- AI-powered testing frameworks and test automation tools.
- GenAI applications for documentation, code reviews, and technical debt reduction.
- Understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience driving AI adoption and change management within engineering teams.
Cloud & Modern Technologies
Experience with several of the following:
- Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Cloud-native application architectures
- Docker and Kubernetes
- DevOps and CI/CD
- Microservices
- REST/API-based integrations
- Healthcare data platforms
- Data analytics and reporting solutions
