Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud to design and lead scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions. The role involves driving architecture strategy, leading integrations, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Architect scalable Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and lead-to-revenue processes.
- Lead CPQ implementations, pricing rules, product configuration, and subscription lifecycle management.
- Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems, billing platforms, and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce CTA, CPQ Specialist, Application Architect, System Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant.
