Randstad is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support critical Digital Transformation (DT) initiatives within our client's Safety & Security team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving system implementations, mapping complex process workflows, and developing actionable business intelligence dashboards. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safety and security technology projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with strategic organizational goals.

responsibilities:
Partner with Safety & Security stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business and functional requirements for ongoing digital transformation projects.
Support end-to-end system implementations, ensuring smooth rollout, integration, and adoption across organizational teams.
Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics and support executive decision-making.
Develop clear process flow charts, system diagrams, and workflow models using Visio to optimize business operations.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment, project status reporting, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role driving technology or digital transformation projects.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with system implementations and modernizing enterprise business processes.
Proficiency with Power BI for data visualization, dashboard creation, and analytics reporting.
Strong expertise in process mapping and visual documentation using Microsoft Visio.
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Prior experience or familiarity supporting Safety & Security, Risk Management, or IT/Digital Transformation initiatives is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Location requirement: Based in or willing to work in Washington, DC.
