Job Title: ESM ITAM Lead Consultant - Licensing Associate

Role Overview
The ESM lead consultant for licensing is the primary authority on SW licensing strategy, entitlement governance and compliance for a ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation. This role ensures that complex vendor licensing rules are accurately interpreted and configured in SAM Pro solution. This role will work closely with SAM architect, ServiceNow developers and project manager.
What You ll Do
- Define entitlement governance, audit standards, and compliance rules
- Translate publisher licensing terms into SAM Pro configurations
- Validate license metrics, reconciliation logic, and usage rights
- Provide expertise on Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, VMware, and SaaS licensing
- Identify optimization and cost-saving opportunities
What We re Looking For
- 5 7+ years of hands-on software licensing & SAM consulting experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise license models and contracts
- ServiceNow CIS-SAM Pro and ITIL Foundation
Nice to have:Flexera or SNOW licensing tool experience
