Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager who can lead and execute large-scale, complex enterprise programs, including M&A integrations and ERP implementations. This role requires strong ownership in driving projects end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams, structuring project lifecycles, and ensuring successful delivery within timelines and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex IT programs such as M&A integrations, ERP implementations, and enterprise transformations
• Own end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery and closure
• Define and structure project lifecycle phases, deliverables, and milestones
• Align tasks, dependencies, and priorities across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation
• Drive integration planning and execution for M&A activities (systems, processes, data)
• Oversee ERP implementations/upgrades, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; proactively drive mitigation strategies
• Ensure strong governance, reporting, and communication across leadership and stakeholders
• Manage budgets, timelines, and quality of deliverables
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT, business, and external vendors

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8 12+ years of IT Project Management experience
• Proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise programs
• Any experience in M&A integrations and/or ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is good to have
• Expertise in structuring project lifecycle, task alignment, and execution governance
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.)
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications
• Experience in enterprise environments or consulting organizations
• Exposure to data migration, system integration, and change management
• Familiarity with financial tracking and budgeting for large programs
