ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead large-scale, global ERP transformation programs. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience managing complex, multi-country ERP initiatives, with a focus on program scale, business impact, and execution governance rather than specific ERP technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide ERP transformation programs across multiple geographies
• Manage large, cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and system integrators
• Drive program governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and executive reporting
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and ERP program outcomes
• Oversee program scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation
• Lead stakeholder communication at executive (C-level) and operational levels
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure delivery accountability
• Drive change management, adoption strategy, and business process transformation
• Ensure successful deployment across regions with minimal disruption to business operations

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Project/Program Management
• Proven track record leading large-scale ERP transformations (multi-country / global rollouts)
• Strong experience managing programs with high budget, complexity, and multiple stakeholders
• Experience working in international environments with distributed teams
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Strong understanding of business process transformation (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
• Experience managing system integrators and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience across multiple ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.) – no specific platform required
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Retail, or Supply Chain
