Job Description:
Join a dynamic team in Hamilton, NJ, as a Project Manager in Corporate Finance on a contract basis.
You will lead strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure seamless execution across various departments.
This role requires a proactive leader with exceptional organizational skills and knowledge of financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects related to revenue strategies and advisor compensation.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology teams to define project objectives and success metrics.
Develop project plans, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery.
Enhance financial reporting and compensation frameworks.
Facilitate meetings, monitor milestones, and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications
Minimum of five years of project management experience in financial services.
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Understanding of investment operations and financial data systems.
Proficiency in project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
