Required Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience configuring UKG Pro.
Strong functional knowledge of workforce management, including accruals, shift bidding, and fatigue management.
Proficiency with XML, SQL, API data mapping, and interface development tools.
UKG Certified Professional credential is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical system limitations to HR and Payroll executives.
