Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and stabilize an in-flight, highly customized HR tech stack implementation. The organization is currently in the
Development & Integration phase of deploying a full-stack recruiting platform, anchored by Workday Recruiting and integrated with Paradox, Bright Hire, and Higher Score.
Originally kicked off in early 2025, the project’s complexity and custom integrations require a seasoned leader to step in, align internal and external teams, and drive the project toward a
critical mid-July go-live target.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Turnaround & Delivery: Take immediate ownership of an active implementation, assessing current progress, mitigating risks, and establishing clear pathways to meet the mid-July deployment goal.
· Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central hub between internal stakeholders, engineering teams, and external implementation partners to ensure cohesive execution.
· Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage the expectations of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring business requirements are met while keeping the project scope anchored.
· Technical Translation: Serve as the bridge between functional TA leaders and technical engineers, ensuring complex custom requirements are accurately communicated and built.
· Integration Governance: Oversee the intricate connections between Workday Recruiting and third-party systems (Paradox, Bright Hire, Higher Score), untangling architectural complexities as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
· Workday Expertise (Mandatory): Proven, hands-on experience managing and delivering enterprise-level Workday HCM implementations, with a strict requirement for direct Workday Recruiting project management.
· Complex Integrations: Experience managing full-stack TA implementations involving multiple third-party systems and heavy customizations. Familiarity with Paradox, Bright Hire, or Higher Score is a strong advantage.
· Rescue / In-Flight Experience: Demonstrated ability to step into ongoing, complex projects, quickly diagnose bottlenecks, and realign teams for successful delivery.
· Exceptional Communication: Strong ability to hold ground, manage expectations, and clearly articulate technical limitations and project realities to business leaders.
· Global Scale: Experience operating within a global footprint (US & India preferred).
