Introduction:

This position is for a QA Analyst specializing in Tosca. The individual will be responsible for performing various testing activities, including manual and automated testing, creating test strategies, plans, scripts, and reports. The QA-Tosca Specialist will work closely with other team members to ensure quality testing practices are followed and that testing objectives are met.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly coordination of various patching.
• Analyze solution requirements, architecture, and technical designs for automated testing.
• Coordinate resources in testing efforts to ensure testing processes are followed.
• Develop test strategy, plan, and communicate strategy to stakeholders.
• Develop and modify test scenarios and scripts.
• Perform manual and automated system, regression, and functional testing.
• Review test scripts to verify requirements.
• Manage testing effort and defects through the defect lifecycle.
• Create testing progress reports and dashboards.
• Develop and promote quality testing practices.
• Ensure testing is completed to agreed standards and criteria are met.
• Liaise with management and IT disciplines to meet project testing objectives.
• Report to management on testing and quality requirements/activities.
• Support test data requests.
• Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements.
• Develop automation scripts as required by projects.

Requirements:

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure.
• Automation and API testing, Selenium, TOSCA, Ansible, QTest, and JIRA.
• Experience with TOSCA and Selenium test automation tools.
• Experience with software development life cycle practices.
• Oracle RDBMS, including PL/SQL and SQL tuning.
• Software Quality Assurance/Quality Control testing techniques and related technologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Work Experience:

• 2-3 years running automation scripts using Tosca Test Suite.
• Experience in creating/running automation framework using Tosca Model Based framework.
• Experience in creating/running automation framework using Tosca API scan for testing Rest and SOAP APIs.
• Experience in mobile testing using Tosca with Sauce Labs in iOS and Android applications.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software system and application testing.
• Experience with test planning, scripting, and reporting.
• Experience using PL/SQL for data validation.
