Job Summary:

We''re looking for a OneStream Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of OneStream XF solutions for financial consolidation, planning, reporting, and analytics. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end architecture and guide clients through OneStream transformations.

Required Skills:

10+ years of EPM/CPM experience with 4+ years in OneStream XF architecture
Strong expertise in:

OneStream modules: Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, Account Reconciliations, People Planning
Data integration: Data Management, Direct Connect, APIs
Financial close and consolidation processes, FX translation, intercompany, eliminationsDimensional modeling and cube design

Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field

Technical Skills

Deep expertise in OneStream platform
Strong knowledge of:

Financial consolidation and reporting
Data modeling and ETL processes
SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with ERP systems and integrations

Functional Skills

Strong understanding of:

Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Corporate accounting and consolidation processes
Ability to bridge finance and IT teams

Soft Skills

Leadership and mentoring
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
10–12+ years of experience in EPM/CPM implementations
OneStream certifications (preferred)
Experience in consulting or large enterprise environments
