Job Title: Senior OneStream Implementation Consultant (Financial Systems – Food & Beverage)

 Location: (Contract, Remote – EST)

Duration: Long term

Client: Food & Beverage Industry

General Guidelines

1. We are specifically looking for senior resources who possess a stronger background in project implementation and configuration. 
2. Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Extensive Implementation Experience: Proven track record of successful configuration experience over 6+ years.
2. Project Volume: Completion of 3+ full implementation projects (Food and beverage Industry related projects)
3. Leadership Capabilities: The ability of managing conversations with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design effective solutions

1. OneStream - Role

Core Technical Skills
OneStream Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of OneStream's core modules, including Financial Consolidation, Planning, Reporting, Analytics, Workflows, Dashboards, and Cube Views.
Programming and Scripting: Proficiency in  VB.Net and C# for building complex business rules, customizations, and extensibility features.
Data Management and Integration (ETL): Expertise in data integration tools, ETL pipelines, data migration strategies, and ensuring data integrity between OneStream and source systems like ERPs and data warehouses.
Database Knowledge: Strong knowledge of SQL for queries, stored procedures, and general understanding of relational and multidimensional database design (OLAP).
 
Core Functional Skills
Accounting and Finance Expertise: A strong understanding of financial processes, including the financial close cycle, consolidation, budgeting, forecasting (FP&A), and reporting.
Financial Data Modeling: Ability to design and maintain complex financial models and metadata concepts (cubes, hierarchies, dimensions).
US GAAP/Multi-GAAP Knowledge: Understanding of accounting principles to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
 
Consulting and Soft Skills
Business Analysis and Solution Design: Leading client workshops to gather and document business requirements, and translating those requirements into effective technical solutions and architectural designs.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Abilities: The capacity to creatively solve complex business and technical challenges and perform detailed troubleshooting.
Communication and Client Management: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, from IT teams to client leadership, and manage client relationships.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for avoiding errors in intricate architectural design, configuration, and documentation.
