AgreeYa is global Integrator and seeking We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BI & Analytics Engineer with strong expertise in Tableau, Looker, BigQuery, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) to design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building interactive dashboards, semantic data models, and self-service analytics platforms while leveraging modern cloud-based data architectures. Experience with AI/ML-driven analytics and predictive insights is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau and Looker.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Build and optimize data models, semantic layers, and metrics definitions to support enterprise reporting needs.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries and datasets within Google BigQuery.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design and implement scalable analytics pipelines on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Create self-service analytics capabilities that enable business users to access trusted and actionable insights.
- Ensure data quality, governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy across all analytics platforms.
- Perform advanced data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and business performance improvements.
- Integrate AI/ML insights into reporting solutions, enabling predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making.
- Work closely with business leaders, product teams, and data scientists to drive data-driven strategies.
- Develop executive-level dashboards and KPI scorecards for senior leadership.
- Document reporting standards, data dictionaries, and dashboard best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Visualization.
- Expert-level experience with Tableau.
- Expert-level experience with Looker / Looker Studio.
- Strong experience with Google BigQuery.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Experience designing enterprise reporting solutions and data models.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI/ML, predictive analytics, and data science initiatives.
- Knowledge of Vertex AI, AutoML, or other cloud-based machine learning platforms.
- Experience working with Python for analytics and automation.
- Familiarity with data orchestration and transformation tools such as Airflow or dbt.
- Experience supporting executive leadership and strategic business reporting.
