Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Requirements Gathering Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews. Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into detailed requirement specifications.

2. Requirements Documentation Prepare: Business Requirement Documents (BRD) Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) User Stories Use Cases Process Flow Diagrams Data Mapping Documents Maintain requirements traceability matrix (RTM).

3. Solution Design Work with architects and developers to design solutions. Create functional specifications for enhancements and integrations. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.

4. Data Analysis & Migration Assist in: Data mapping activities Data cleansing Data conversion validation.
