Baer is looking for SAP Technical Integration Lead for a 6+ month project.
Title: SAP Technical Integration Lead
Location: Remote + Travel to Canada
Duration: 6 months - 40 Hours Per Week
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Integration Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party applications. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable, scalable, and secure integrations while working closely with functional, technical, and business teams.
Description:

• Lead the design and delivery of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and external systems.
• Define integration architecture, interface requirements, data mappings, transformation logic, and system dependencies.
• Gather and validate integration requirements with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Manage integration risks, issues, dependencies, and project timelines.
• Oversee integration development and review technical specifications.
• Lead integration testing, system integration testing (SIT), and deployment readiness activities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and functional teams to ensure seamless end-to-end business processes and data flow.
• Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-production stabilization for integration components.

Requirements:

• SAP integration experience, including SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Strong experience with SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Cloud Platform Integration, or other middleware tools.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP and non-SAP applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, OData, REST/SOAP web services, SFTP, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with integration testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• SAP Integration Suite or SAP SuccessFactors Integration certification is preferred.
