Baer is looking for Solution Architect Techno Functional Consultant for a 6+ month project.
Title: Solution Architect Techno Functional
Location: Remote + Travel to Canada
Duration: 6 months - 40 Hours Per Week
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or Individual C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect (Techno-Functional) to lead the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment across functional, technical, integration, and data designs while delivering scalable, maintainable, and best-practice solutions.
Description:

• Define and maintain the end-to-end solution architecture for SAP SuccessFactors.
• Ensure alignment across functional, technical, data, and integration designs.
• Provide architecture guidance and recommend SAP best practices.
• Assess solution impacts and resolve cross-functional design issues.
• Manage environment planning, release coordination, and deployment strategy.
• Collaborate with functional, technical, integration teams, and client stakeholders.
• Support design reviews, testing, go-live, and solution governance.

Requirements:

• SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience, including Solution Architecture.
• Strong experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules and integrations.
• Experience designing end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors solutions in global implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, middleware, and HR integrations.
• Strong understanding of data migration, security, and environment management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
