Summary

Product Manager - E-Commerce / Healthcare

Chicago, IL

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage product initiatives for assigned product areas or enhancements.
Develop and maintain products and feature roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements and prioritize backlog.
Conduct market and technical research to support product decisions.
Identify customer segments and build business cases for product investments.
Monitor product performance and analyze impact of features and growth initiatives.
Manage ROI and ensure product investments deliver measurable value.
Identify opportunities for innovation and product improvement.
Build strong cross-functional relationships to drive execution.
Perform business and financial analysis including forecasting and reporting.
Stay updated on industry trends and leverage technology advancements to enhance product outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree with 7+ years of product management )relevant) experience
Experience in consumer-facing online/digital products.
Exposure to product lifecycle management (ideation to launch).
Experience in product marketing, program management, business development, or consulting preferred.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Ability to collaborate across teams and present to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Retail / E-commerce (Healthcare/Pharmacy is a plus).
Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Ability to solve operational challenges and implement scalable solution
