Summary

Inspiration Global is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Payroll implementations, reporting, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Fix and troubleshoot Payroll scripts and implementation issues
Provide post-go-live (hypercare) support
Develop and maintain OTBI reports and HCM reports
Perform HDL / HSDL data loads
Support Core HR and Payroll modules
Work on system enhancements, issue resolution, and ongoing support

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of Oracle HCM experience (Techno-Functional)
Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Payroll (Mandatory)
- Core HR
- OTBI Reporting
- HDL / HSDL data loads
Hands-on experience with:
- Configuration & troubleshooting
- Payroll implementations
- Hypercare / post-go-live support
Ability to work across functional and technical areas
Experience in fast-paced, complex environments

Preferred Qualifications

Recent Oracle Payroll implementation experience
Background in consulting or managed services environments
