Our client which is a large Insurance Firm is urgently looking to hire a Sr. BSA with Scrum Master experience

Sr. Business Systems Analyst with Scrum Master.

Location - NYC, NY

Nature of Work - 3 Days onsite every week.

Long Term Contract with an option to convert into Full Time based on Performance

Expected responsibility split:

70% Business Analysis
30% Scrum Master responsibilities

This is a Techno Functional Role.

Experience supporting large application migration initiatives.
Experience analyzing large system/data migrations.
Strong SQL.
SFDC experience.

Primary responsibilities include:

Overall experience - 6 to 15 +
Business Analysis experience.
Scrum Master experience (formal certification not mandatory).
Ability to work directly with business users.
Jira management.
Requirements elicitation.
User story writing.
Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
Experience supporting large application migration initiatives.
Ability to manage competing priorities.

Nice to Have

Technical understanding.
Salesforce exposure.
Experience analyzing large system/data migrations.
