Summary

Data Solutions & MES Integration Workstream Lead to spearhead the deployment of mission-critical manufacturing execution system (MES) and data initiatives across our global pharmaceutical network.

Key Responsibilities

MES Deployment Leadership: Manage the standardized rollout of Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) and Logbooks functionalities within the MES across multiple sites.
Equipment Integration: Direct the complex integration of production equipment and In-Process Control (IPC) testing equipment directly into the MES to enable real-time data capture and workflow control.
Data Historian Infrastructure: Oversee the successful deployment of the site Data Historian and the concurrent establishment of the associated networking infrastructure required for connectivity to production equipment.
Reporting & Analytics: Lead the development and implementation of production reporting solutions that leverage data stored in the Data Historian and Data Warehouse, providing key operational insights.
Program Governance: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and adhere to strict quality, validation, and regulatory standards (cGMP).

Must Haves:

Industry Experience: A minimum of 15 years of experience within a highly regulated industry (e.g., Pharmaceutical or Medical Device), with significant tenure in a business operations role.
MES Expertise: Strong experience and deep understanding of MES technologies (specifically in EBRs, Logbooks, and equipment integration) and their large-scale deployment.
Project Leadership: Proven ability to successfully lead and deliver large-scale, multi-site implementation projects across a global network.
IT Systems Fluency: A strong understanding of enterprise IT system architecture, data flow, and infrastructure components relevant to a manufacturing environment.
