Title : Senior Citrix Administrator – Citrix Cloud (DaaS) & NetScaler

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Citrix Administrator to manage and support Citrix Cloud (DaaS), NetScaler, and Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) environments. The candidate should have strong experience in StoreFront, Delivery Controllers, Citrix Gateway, load balancing, SSL certificates, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Administer and maintain Citrix Cloud, CVAD, NetScaler, and StoreFront environments.
· Configure Citrix Gateway, load balancing, SSL certificates, and authentication.
· Troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
· Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
· Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
· Perform upgrades, patching, migrations, incident management, and root cause analysis.
· Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure stable service delivery.
