Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Architect to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare, and Power Platform.
This role will lead architecture and integration across Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and core healthcare payer systems, enabling a unified Member 360 platform and customer insights ecosystem. The architect will also ensure HIPAA compliance, strong governance, and DevOps best practices while supporting digital transformation initiatives for healthcare payer organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights solutions within Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare.
- Architect integrations between Dynamics 365, Genesys Cloud CX, Snowflake, and payer systems such as claims, utilization management (UM), provider data, and care management platforms.
- Build a Member 360 ecosystem leveraging Azure Integration Services, Dataverse, Power Platform, and FHIR-based interoperability.
- Implement real-time data integrations using Dataverse Virtual Tables and Azure services.
- Develop automation and analytics solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI/Copilot capabilities.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance, environment governance, and CI/CD best practices across development and production environments.
- Work in a SAFe Agile delivery model and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align Dynamics solutions with healthcare payer strategy and member engagement goals.
Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights).
- Strong experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across complex, multi-CRM environments.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Dataverse data integrations and Virtual Tables.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud for Healthcare (MC4H) data model and accelerators.
- Experience integrating Genesys Cloud CX with Dynamics 365 for omnichannel engagement.
- Hands-on experience building Customer Insights – Snowflake integrations for real-time analytics.
- Expertise with Azure Integration Services:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Service Bus
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure API Management
- Knowledge of FHIR APIs, HL7 integrations, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Strong experience working in SAFe Agile environments.
