Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Merchandising Systems product team, with a focus on delivering and evolving our enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) capability across client.

As the DAM Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product direction, leading implementation, and driving adoption of DAM as a core enterprise platform that supports merchandising, creative, marketing, and downstream digital experiences. You will own DAM as part of a broader merchandising systems ecosystem, ensuring it enables scalable workflows, metadata-driven automation, and high-quality asset reuse across all brands.

This is a senior, hands-on product role that requires a clear point of view on how DAM should function in a modern retail organization—what it should own, what it should not, and how it integrates with upstream creative tools and downstream merchandising platforms.

You will partner closely with Merchandising, Creative, eCommerce, Marketing, and Technology teams to implement and evolve a DAM solution that serves as the authoritative source for approved digital assets, supports progressive metadata enrichment, and enables automation at scale.

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or senior business systems roles, with ownership of enterprise platforms.
  • Direct experience implementing, scaling, or operating Digital Asset Management (DAM) solutions at scale in a retail, eCommerce, or content-rich environment.
  • DAM experience should not focus on upstream workflows, rather working with close-to-be approved assets and making them available for the website.
  • Strong understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and content governance, and how they enable automation and reuse.
  • Experience working with large product assortments and high-volume digital assets.
  • Ability to articulate a clear POV on DAM’s role relative to creative production tools, marketing workflows, and digital delivery platforms.
  • Solid technical foundation, with the ability to understand and discuss APIs, integrations, data models, and architectural trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to lead change management and adoption across diverse business teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across executive, business, and technical audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and making informed trade-offs.

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments
  • Knowledge of retail merchandising, eCommerce platforms, or digital content ecosystems
