Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a hybrid position (50% onsite) with a Government Agency located in St. Paul, MN. This is a 9-month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $85.00 - $100.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This resource will serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies. The developer will work on a variety of projects, including a Community Reviewer Program and a Multifamily RFP process, to develop Salesforce solutions, integrate with other systems, and create automated workflows to meet agency needs.
Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Salesforce design and development resource using Agile software development lifecycle methodologies
- Develop Salesforce solutions to meet agency needs
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems used by the client
- Create and maintain automated workflows and process builders to streamline business processes and improve efficiency
- Work closely with Business Analysts to gather and analyze requirements
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and assist with creating detailed project plans
- Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect, Business Analysts, and QA to develop test cases and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate Salesforce solutions meet the defined requirements
- Work with the Project Manager to manage change requests, ensuring that any changes to the project scope or requirements are documented, assessed, and approved
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Provide knowledge transfer
Primary Requirements: - 7+ years' experience in Salesforce design and development
- Active Salesforce certifications in:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
- Salesforce Certified Platform Agentforce Specialist
- Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II
- 2 years' experience using Sales Cloud
- 2 years' experience using Service Cloud
- 2 years' experience using Experience Cloud
- 2 years' experience using Government Cloud
Desired Skills: - Scaled Agile Certified SAFe Practitioner
- Salesforce Certified Platform Data Architect
- Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect
- 5 years of Administrator experience
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience working with state and federal government agencies
- Experience working on technology solutions supporting the mortgage and real estate industry
