Essential Job Functions:

Collaborate with business and technology platform owners to design, validate, oversee, and lead technology implementation of projects and enhancements.
Lead technology evaluation and utilize best practices for design and implementation of assigned technical projects.
Drive the application of solid engineering practices, working with team members to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring security and compliance protocols are followed.
Work with internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specification documentation.
Define the project scope including goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets and manage scope changes.
Identify and escalate risks and key issues to management for prompt resolution, propose resolutions and mitigations.
Measure, monitor and communicate technology performance of applications.
Provide deep technical insight, implementing technical improvements as needed.
Prepare design impact analysis and business case materials for proposed changes, considering potential effect on business functions and processes.
Participate in peer review exercises to improve deliverables for customers.

Other Responsibilities:

Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct of the company.
Handle personal information ("PI") that pertains to any individual (e.g., leads, dealers, employees, job applicants, etc.) in accordance with Privacy Policy and public facing privacy statements on managed websites.
Complete any required training.
Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.
Adhere to the company's compliance program.
Safeguard the company's intellectual property, information, and assets.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Knowledge of CRM and internet lead technologies
Using Microsoft platform technologies (ASP.NET Web API) and Azure, design, build and modify existing business-tier components, Web applications, and database objects
Maintain and enhance API integrations between system and new/existing vendors
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects and Senior Developers for all changes
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and app performance monitoring
Experience with SQL Server
Familiar with container-related tools like Docker Engine and Kubernetes
Proactively problem-solve and multitask while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Follow-through mindset to uphold a 'close the loop' culture.
A positive approach to serving customers and providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to demonstrate good judgment, high ethics and project a professional image.
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member with a positive 'can do' attitude.
The drive to identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement as business needs change.
Excellent organization, flexibility and time management skills and the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Exceptional interpersonal and business communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence and JIRA)
