Summary

MuleSoft Developer

Location: Carlsbad, CA (Onsite)

Technical Skills

7 12 years of total IT experience, with minimum 4 5 years in MuleSoft.

Strong expertise in Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, API Designer, API Manager, Runtime Manager.

Experience with RAML, REST APIs, SOAP services, JSON, XML.

Handson experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git, Maven).

Knowledge of Cloud Hub, VPC, VPN, and hybrid deployment models.

Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP).

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

Define integration architecture using MuleSoft Any point Platform (APIled connectivity).

Design System APIs, Process APIs, Experience APIs, and reusable integration components.

Create high-level and low-level design documents, integration patterns, and mapping specifications.

Ensure architecture aligns with security, scalability, performance, and reusability standards.

Technical Leadership

Guide development teams in MuleSoft best practices, coding standards, and integration patterns.

Perform code reviews, enforce quality gates, and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project managers.

Implementation & Delivery

Lead endtoend integration implementation on MuleSoft.

Configure API Manager policies, RAML specifications, and security frameworks.

Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of integrations.

Governance & Best Practices

Establish MuleSoft governance model, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.

Define reusable assets, templates, and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.

Ensure adherence to MuleSoft Center of Excellence (CoE) standards.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, Workday, or other enterprise systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
MuleSoft Architect or Developer certification preferred (e.g., MCPA, MCD).
