Description of Duties

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer to provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, integration, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise applications. This role works closely with clients, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with organizational IT standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and contribute to the design, development, integration, and enhancement of enterprise applications and middleware.
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development team members.
Participate in project planning, effort estimation, milestone tracking, and risk identification.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop, integrate, and test applications using modern web and backend technologies.
Support architecture decisions, buy vs. build evaluations, and technology selection.
Perform code reviews, enforce development standards, and ensure solution quality and security.
Troubleshoot complex issues and provide Tier III production support.
Support integration, QA, UAT, and deployment activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development artifacts.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of programming and systems analysis experience.
2+ years of experience leading projects or acting as a technical lead.
Strong hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, Angular (11+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive/adaptive UI development.
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, and tools like Postman or Swagger.
Strong RDBMS experience (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar).

Experience with React and J2EE/Jakarta EE.

Exposure to cloud, SaaS/IaaS environments, and modern DevOps practices.
