Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Software Developer with strong expertise in Angular (11+) and Spring Boot to lead and contribute to enterprise application development projects. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, work closely with business and technical stakeholders, and be hands-on across the full software development lifecycle from design and development to testing, deployment, and support.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of development efforts, mentor team members, and ensure high-quality, scalable solutions aligned with organizational architecture and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, testing, and enhancement of software applications.

• Lead and coordinate development activities across projects, assigning tasks and estimating effort.

• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain Angular (11+) front-end applications and Spring Boot / Java backend services.

• Design and consume RESTful APIs and integrate applications with databases and external systems.

• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices and architecture guidelines.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide Tier III support when required.

• Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and production deployments.

• Mentor and guide developers; support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

• Ensure applications meet security, performance, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years experience leading development projects or acting as a technical/team lead

• 5+ years experience in software development / systems analysis

• 3+ years hands-on experience with:

  • Angular (11+)

  • Spring Boot

  • Java 8+

  • JavaScript & TypeScript

  • HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive UI development

  • RESTful APIs (Postman, Swagger, JMeter, etc.)

  • Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, or similar)

  • Data formats: JSON, XML, YAML

• Experience working across the full SDLC

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years experience with React

• 2+ years experience with J2EE / Jakarta EE
