Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Service Desk Analyst to join our Service Desk team in Colorado Springs. This role serves as the primary front-line support for all IT issues and plays a critical role in delivering a positive and professional technology experience across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, solid foundational technical skills, and the maturity to operate in a high-visibility environment. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow, take ownership, and build long-term value within a collaborative IT team.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Act as the first point of contact for all IT support requests via phone, ticketing system, and walk-up support
Troubleshoot and resolve common Tier 1 issues related to accounts, hardware, software, peripherals, and connectivity
Provide white-glove support to all employees, including executives and senior leadership
Accurately document all interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within the ITSM system
Identify issues that require escalation and route them appropriately after initial diagnosis
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and clear communication in all user interactions
Contribute to knowledge base documentation and continuous improvement of service desk processes

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
