Role Name: Earnix Tech Lead/Lead Developer

Location: Los Angeles (Remote)

Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design development and implementation of solutions using Earnix at a tech lead/lead developer level
• Work closely with business architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable pricing and rating solutions
• Define and implement branching strategies for development teams to support efficient and scalable CICD workflows
• Develop and deliver an overarching integration architecture between Earnix and Guidewire enabling seamless consumption of capabilities as a service
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across onshore nearshore and offshore to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Provide guidance on Earnix best practices data structures and modeling approaches
• Drive solution design reviews ensure code quality and enforce engineering standards

Required Skills Experience

• Hands-on Earnix experience at a Tech Lead or Senior Developer level
• Strong experience with Rating Guidewire GW and Insurance platforms
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing branching strategies Git-based workflows preferred
• Strong experience developing integration solutions between Earnix and Guidewire including consumption of Earnix models services in Guidewire
• Solid understanding of microservices APIs and integration patterns
• Strong understanding of insurance pricing strategies underwriting workflows and rating algorithms
• Hands-on experience with Earnix Modeller, Optimiser and integration connectors
• Deep knowledge of Guidewire PolicyCenterBillingCenterClaimCenter integration frameworks
• Experience working with commercial or personal lines insurance products
• Familiarity with JSON/XML-based integration, SOAP/REST APIs and cloud-native integration tools
