Analyze production, scrap, and downtime data to uncover trends and recommend practical improvements.
Provide day-to-day leadership support within the wire division while helping drive safety, quality, throughput, and cross-training efforts across multiple shifts.
Lead or participate in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement events focused on cost reduction and process optimization.

Proficiency with engineering design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
Familiarity with PLCs, machine controls, and industrial production equipment.
