Job Description We are seeking a
Reliability Engineer to improve equipment performance, reliability, and maintenance effectiveness. The role involves conducting reliability assessments, performing root cause analysis, implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, supporting engineering projects, and collaborating with operations and maintenance teams to enhance safety, asset availability, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- 2+ years of engineering experience
- Knowledge of Reliability Engineering principles
- Experience with statistical and data analysis
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance
Preferred Skills - CMRP Certification
- RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis)
- FMEA (Failure Modes & Effects Analysis)
- Asset Criticality Assessment
- Condition Monitoring
- Vibration Analysis
