Job Description:
· Prior hands-on experience as a Developer or Technical Lead before moving into a Project Manager or Delivery Manager role.
· Strong background in data engineering, infrastructure management, and data architecture.
· Proven experience leading:
· Data migrations
· Data platform buildouts
· Data pipelines, ETL frameworks, orchestration, and streaming data services
· Demonstrated ability in technical project/delivery management for complex, large-scale programs.
· Strong understanding of agile delivery, sprint planning, and execution.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams.
· Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with modern data platforms and cloud-based data ecosystems.
· Prior exposure to data modernization or transformation programs.
· Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
· While it may be challenging to find candidates who meet all criteria, strong technical background combined with hands-on project management experience in data migrations or modernization is critical for this role.
