Summary

Our direct client is looking for a Senior SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in ECC to S/4HANA migration. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of SAP experience with deep functional expertise in the Customer Service module, specifically around In-House Repair, Field Service, and Service Contracts.

Required Skills & Experience:

15+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP CS (Customer Service)
Must have completed at least one ECC to S/4HANA migration/implementation in the CS space
Strong functional expertise in: In-House Repair process, Field Service management, Service Contracts (creation, billing, renewals)
Solid understanding of SAP CS configuration, master data, and end-to-end service processes
Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and executing full lifecycle implementations
Strong integration knowledge with SD, MM, and FICO
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work PST business hours and travel occasionally to client site
Most of recent experience to be in Customer Service Module

Preferred:

S/4HANA Service (new module) exposure
Manufacturing, electronics, or high-tech industry background

Engagement Details:

Duration: 12+ months
Location: Remote (PST Time Zone), occasional travel
Rate: Based on experience
