Pay Range: $30 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- As Transfer Agent, we act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders.
- We have numerous opportunities for individuals, with excellent multitasking abilities to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high-profile clients and their shareholders.
- Efficient and detail-oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications.
- Accept and process telephone transaction and maintenance requests from institutional level shareholders.
- Field shareholder inquiries regarding account setup, prior transactions, fund objectives, and performance.
- Provide prompt notification of trade activity to internal and external clients as required.
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Field inquiries and transaction requests from retail level shareholders as required.
- Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Must have banking, financial and customer support experience.
