Job Details:

We re looking for a Production Support Analyst to help keep critical technology environments stable, secure, and reliable in a regulated financial technology environment.

You ll work across IBM AIX and Windows Server, troubleshooting production issues, supporting deployments and maintenance, managing certificates and service accounts, and creating scripts to automate routine tasks.

What You ll Do

Provide production support for applications and infrastructure on AIX and Windows Server.
Troubleshoot incidents involving OS, applications, batch jobs, connectivity, certificates, permissions, and file transfers.
Install and renew SSL/TLS certificates and validate application connectivity.
Support service accounts, access, and password rotation activities.
Install, update, and remove approved software in production environments.
Create scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Korn Shell, or Python to automate support tasks.
Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, maintenance, and change validation.
Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and operational documentation.
Partner with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, QA, and release teams.

What You ll Need

3+ years of experience in production support, application support, systems administration, or infrastructure operations.
Hands-on IBM AIX experience.
Hands-on Windows Server experience.
Experience with certificates, service accounts, permissions, logs, processes, and scheduled jobs.
Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash/Korn Shell, Python, or similar.
Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
Experience with ITIL/change/incident/problem management processes.
Willingness to support occasional after-hours maintenance or on-call rotations.

Nice to Have

Experience in banking, fintech, credit unions, or other regulated environments.
ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
ITIL knowledge/certification.
Experience with batch processing, file transfers, vulnerability remediation, and security controls.
Familiarity with PAM/IAM and certificate lifecycle management.
